Returns & Exchange

Due to hygiene reasons, there will strictly be no returns, exchanges or refunds on all accessories.

Defect or Wrong Item

All goods will undergo additional steps of quality control before being shipped to you. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at hello@yuna-mis.com within 7 calendar days from the day you received your order. Please send us your order number, a snapshot of your faulty or wrong item (specify the details/your original item name) and we will resolve the issue at our soonest. Cost of normal mail postage will be borne by us via refund. 

Terms And Conditions 

Measurements 

Yuna_Mis makes sure to measure every piece of merchandise as accurately as possible. However, please allow an allowance of +/- 1cm for every measurement.

Color difference

Due to varying screen resolutions and specs for different devices, the color of our merchandises may not be as genuinely presented. Yuna_Mis will do our best to reflect the colors of our merchandises as precisely as possible but we will not allow any Returns & Exchanges for items which have ‘color differences’.

Custom Fees

Any custom, import duties and taxes involved will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient. Yuna_Mis  will not be responsible or held liable for any fees or taxes incur or if your parcel is seized by custom. Therefore, we will advise for customers to contact their local customs office for current charges, regulations and any sales taxes, import duties and customs first, before placing order with us

Stolen or Lost Mail

Yuna_Mis will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. No refund or replacements can be provided. However, we will do our very best to help you in the search for your lost mail.

During the ordering process, please ensure that your mailing address provided is wholly accurate. Yuna_Mis will not be held responsible for any packages being sent back due to inaccurate or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipment costs will be borne by the customer.

Shipping Delays

Yuna_Mis cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays due to customs or other reasons that may occur during the transit period. Once packages are shipped out, the shipping process will be out of our control. You may refer to the tracking number provided on both local and international orders to track your parcel online or with your local post office.

Yuna_Mis  reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) at anytime. You are deemed to have agreed to the above terms & conditions by purchasing from our site.
